Florence Ibiam is the founder and driving force behind Naarah Amaris. With over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the City of London, Florence developed a sharp eye for detail, strong governance practices, and a deep understanding of risk — all of which now serve as the foundation for her approach to property development and investment. Alongside her corporate career, Florence has spent the last four years project managing residential property developments across the UK, gaining practical, on-the-ground experience in turning properties into high-performing assets.
Her transition into property was more than a career change, it was the pursuit of a long-held passion. Florence founded Naarah Amaris to help others build sustainable wealth through property, while offering a service rooted in trust, transparency, and quality. Her passion lies not only in sourcing, transforming, and managing properties, but also in building long-standing, meaningful relationships with both investors, landlords, and tenants alike — relationships defined by integrity, collaboration, and genuine care.
